Forward Fuselage - Cabin Frame

28DEC2023

The cabin frame is installed!

I needed the 3/32 clecos for the cabin frame, so I started upsizing the holes in the l-angles on the forward skins.  I still need to upsize one more size, but I'm out of clecos.

The frame needed a couple millimeters trimmed off on the upper right and lower left side in order to get the predrilled holes to line up.  I drilled the top section first and then marked the center line on the cabin side for the lower/vertical bar.  I clecoed and clamped the rivet spacer to the cabin side and frame and used that as a template for the lower holes.

I also drilled and clecoed in the cabin frame gussets.
