I heard back from Zenith about the rear seat channel and some of the channels went out mis-drilled, so they sent me undrilled channels. I matched drilled the bottom portion of the channel and clecoed those in. I then spent a lot of time trimming the right seat base to get that to fit. This was quite time consuming, as I was trimming a couple millimeters at a time to avoid accidentally taking off too much.
After the seat base was trimmed and fitted, I noticed that the seat base does not touch the aft portion of the seat angle. If I were to rivet the seat base to the angle, then it would bend/bow quite a bit and it pulls the base off of the rear channel. The rear channel height does not line up with the seat angle. The rear channel also seems to be a bit too tall, as it was causing the seat base to interfere with the right arm rest side and the right control tunnel side.
I need to look into this a bit more to figure out where the fit up issue is.
